{"id":748,"date":"2023-06-05T18:46:30","date_gmt":"2023-06-05T16:46:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bmmc.fr\/wp\/?p=748"},"modified":"2024-06-18T09:45:18","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T07:45:18","slug":"nouvelles-du-controle-technique-moto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bmmc.fr\/?p=748","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelles du contr\u00f4le Technique Moto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Vous trouverez ci-dessous : <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Un article des DNA du 06\/06<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">&#8211; La lettre d&#8217;information de la FFMC du 02\/06\/2023, bien plus pr\u00e9cise et compl\u00e8te<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">ARTICLE DNA<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/IMG_DNA_CT.jpg\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">FFMC, lettre du 02\/06\/2023<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Nouvel \u00e9pisode du feuilleton du contr\u00f4le technique moto<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Comme nous <a href=\"https:\/\/ffmc.asso.fr\/controle-technique-des-2rm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l\u2019annoncions hier sur notre site internet<\/a>, les trois associations Respire, Ras le Scoot et Paris sans voiture, ont \u00e0 nouveau <a href=\"https:\/\/ffmc.asso.fr\/controle-technique-des-2rm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un recours<\/a> devant le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat (CE) au sujet de la mise en \u0153uvre du contr\u00f4le technique des deux roues motoris\u00e9s (CT2RM) le jeudi 25 mai dernier.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"adapt-img \" src=\"https:\/\/ffmc.asso.fr\/local\/adapt-img\/640\/10x\/IMG\/png\/champions_du_conflit_3.png?1676296689\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"906\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La nouveaut\u00e9 est que cette fois ci , la FFMC \u00e9tait officiellement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019audience par Maitre Thiriez et sa requ\u00eate, jug\u00e9e recevable par le CE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La d\u00e9cision est tomb\u00e9e hier soir, et le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat enjoint le gouvernement \u00e0 prendre un d\u00e9cret d\u2019application sur le CT2RM dans un d\u00e9lai de deux mois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br class=\"autobr\" \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> Notez bien , cela ne veut pas dire que le CT2RM sera en place dans deux mois, juste que le d\u00e9cret doit \u00eatre adopt\u00e9. De plus, cette d\u00e9cision n\u2019est pas assortie d\u2019astreinte, autant dire rien de neuf par rapport \u00e0 la situation pr\u00e9-existante de la d\u00e9cision du CE d\u2019octobre 2022. Bref, si on rajoute les d\u00e9lais li\u00e9s \u00e0 la consultation publique obligatoire demand\u00e9e par le CE, ce n\u2019est ni pour demain ni pour apr\u00e8s demain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En revanche, la d\u00e9cision du CE ferme un peu plus la porte \u00e0 la voie \u00e9troite des mesures alternatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La FFMC continue d\u2019insister sur le fait que <a href=\"https:\/\/ffmc.asso.fr\/pourquoi-nous-ne-voulons-pas-du\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le CT n\u2019aura aucun impact ni sur l\u2019accidentologie ni sur la pollution<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"adapt-img \" src=\"https:\/\/ffmc.asso.fr\/local\/adapt-img\/640\/10x\/IMG\/png\/saviezvousct.png?1676296681\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"906\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Il n\u2019y a pas grand chose de nouveau dans cette d\u00e9cision. Comme disait Balavoine\u00a0: &#8220;Faut pas croire ce que disent les journaux&#8221;, qui brassent beaucoup d\u2019air chaud sur le sujet, et \u00e9noncent comme des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s des trucs faux, comme le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre &#8220;la commission europ\u00e9enne impose le CT2RM&#8221;.
